itallstartedwithaverly: Hi my tumblr followers yes this is me. I’ve gone on a healthy road started on Nov 30th up until now and i’ve been clean eating, exercising, keeping healthy and fit as much as i can. I’m glad to say that i’ve lost about 3-4kgs but gaining muscle weight so its up and down haha and i’ve gone from size 12-14 down to a size 8-7 so i’m so happy with my progress over the 4-5 months but all i can say is that my body is not done yet its only just the beginning of more goodness to come :) so for you all you trying or thinking of going healthy and loosing weight just know that i did this all with NO Supplements, Home Gymed, Clean Eating and All Natural Weightloss because of this… So don’t lose hope we can all do it if we wanted to just takes the right self - motivation and positive thinking :)
